online and taught "live" by an instructor. This allows the student to

questions and get answers as the coursework is being taught.

Small Class Environment...
Each online eLearning class is kept
to
no more than 30 students per class. Not to mention, each class is
taught "live" by an instructor who administers a short self-test at the
end of each training session, reviewing the answers with the students
at the beginning of the following day's class.
